Senior Developer

DesignersAxis is looking for a senior Salesforce developer with 3-5 years management experience to work with our CTO and offshore development team. We are an established software company that recently raised additional capital to fund our next stage of growth. We are building an industry wide purchasing solution to connect all industry stakeholders. If you are interested in solving a big problem for an industry ripe for change, please submit your resume.

What you will do:

  • Work with our CTO to architect our platform
  • Manage and direct offshore team to build our order portal
  • Participate in feature design

This candidate should have general knowledge of:

  • Electronic data interface
  • API interface
  • Html format
  • Database architecture
  • Random programing languages – Ruby on Rails
  • Security
  • Image manipulation and image storage

Advanced or expert knowledge of:

  • SalesForce Large Data Volumes (LDV)
  • SalesForce new BigData features
  • SalesForce APEX Code
  • SalesForce Visual Force Pages
  • SalesForce Security
  • SalesForce and connectivity to Heroku
  • SalesForce and connectivity to other outside database and resources

This candidate should:

  • Be self motivated and eager to grow the business over time
  • Be dedicated and available long term
  • Should have high expectations from us because we will have high expectations from them
  • Should have a broad range of technical skills

Account Manger


  • First point of contact for new customers
  • Makes initial phone call and email to introduce themselves as account manager to discuss all training & support options
  • Weekly follows up calls and emails to support and retain new users
  • Points customer in the direction of free live online classes – shows them where to register and how important these classes are
  • Give customer support options for converting from quick books to work with consultants for paid personal support and how important that is
  • Give options for outside consultants if needed
  • Be the overall concierge to point them in the right direction to get help
